Part 1: APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Step 1:   Prepare the document requirements


Step 2:  Submit document requirements to the Registrar's Office (RO).


Step 3:  Pay the Admission and Testing Fee of Php 300.00 to the Cashier’s Office and secure a Test Permit from the RO.


NOTE: Make sure to submit the complete requirements.  Incomplete requirements will not be processed.


Part 2: ADMISSION TEST

Step 1:  Take the Admission test administered by the Guidance and Testing Office (GTO) on the following schedule:

Step 2:   Familiarize yourself with the GTO Testing Rules and Procedures.


Step 3:   Test results will be sent via email to the parents of the applicant approximately one (1) week after the exam for Grade 4 to Grade 12. For Nursery to Grade 3 applicants, it will be communicated and discussed with the parent/guardian right after the assessment. No results will be released by telephone.


NOTE: Walk-in testing applicants will not be entertained.

Part 3: RESERVATION FOR ENROLLMENT

Parents of accepted applicants must confirm their enrollment by making a reservation on the dates specified in the acceptance letter. Non-reservation of the enrolment slot will be assumed as a withdrawal of their child’s application to DBTI. A qualified applicant who wishes to enroll but did not confirm his enrollment will be admitted only if there is a vacant slot. 


Part 4: ENROLLMENT

The Enrollment Schedule and Procedure will be posted here. Students are informed of their respective sections a week before the start of the school year via email.
