Fr. Fidel Orendain SDB is a Salesian Priest of Don Bosco. He is the provincial of the Salesian Province of Philippine-South. Prior to his appointment, he was the Regional Trustee for Region VII of CEAP.

He is the former head of the Social Communications Office of the Salesians of Don Bosco, Philippines-South and a special consultant to the Social Communications of their order in Rome and the Vatican. Presently, he is the Dean of Don Bosco Technical College in Cebu.

Fr. Orendain is a BSE graduate, major in English and has a minor in Physics. He has a Master’s degree in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University in Washington DC and a doctorate in Communication from the University of the Philippines Open University. He took up certificate courses in Organizational Leadership in Berkeley California and Publications and Designs in The American University.

Fr. Orendain does Corporate Crisis Communication Seminars and Corporate Values Alignment in the country and abroad. He facilitates planning and evaluation of institutions, particularly of schools, religious orders and dioceses.
