Inspired by the rector’s pastoral thrust, “With hope, let us journey together for a transformative experience: teaching each other the ugliness of sin and the beauty of virtue,” the Founder’s Week Celebration 2026 embodies the theme, “EVER UPWARD: Forged in Resilience, Soaring in Strength .” This annual event draws inspiration from the life of St. John Bosco, who exemplified holiness through prayer, character, excellence, and service. As our saintly father and founder, Don Bosco’s life serves as a beacon of what it means to be firmly grounded in faith while striving to grow in virtue, strength, and resilience.

The Founder’s Week extends St. John Bosco’s mission to the larger community, inviting everyone to positively embrace and embody the institution’s core values. Through pastoral activities, formative events, and outreach programs, the celebration becomes a testimony to the enduring relevance of Don Bosco’s mission especially here in Tarlac. It is a reminder that holiness is achievable through steadfast prayer, compassionate service, and a commitment to personal growth.

In this week-long journey of reflection and action, we are called to deepen our roots in holiness and be resilient to face life’s challenges with faith, hope, and love. Thus, the celebration not only honors the legacy of St. John Bosco but also inspires a community united in its resolve to grow resilient in our mission.

• To deepen the collective appreciation of the feast of St. John Bosco by organizing inclusive and meaningful activities that engage the EPC, fostering a sense of unity and joy in the Salesian community.

• To encourage active participation in embodying St. John Bosco’s values, integrating spiritual growth and social responsibility into the celebration as a living testimony of the institution’s mission.

• To extend the reach of the Founder’s Week celebration to the larger community by engaging external stakeholders, showcasing Salesian values and inspiring others to embrace St. John Bosco’s mission of serving the young and the marginalized.

Walk-in Registration will be available on January 24, 2026 from 4:45 AM to 5:30 AM only and subject to availability of Race Kits.

For those who have already registered, kits will be released on January 22, 2026 at the main campus.
