Inspired by the rectorโs pastoral thrust, โWith hope, let us journey together for a transformative experience: teaching each other the ugliness of sin and the beauty of virtue,โ the Founderโs Week Celebration 2026 embodies the theme, โEVER UPWARD: Forged in Resilience, Soaring in Strength .โ This annual event draws inspiration from the life of St. John Bosco, who exemplified holiness through prayer, character, excellence, and service. As our saintly father and founder, Don Boscoโs life serves as a beacon of what it means to be firmly grounded in faith while striving to grow in virtue, strength, and resilience.
The Founderโs Week extends St. John Boscoโs mission to the larger community, inviting everyone to positively embrace and embody the institutionโs core values. Through pastoral activities, formative events, and outreach programs, the celebration becomes a testimony to the enduring relevance of Don Boscoโs mission especially here in Tarlac. It is a reminder that holiness is achievable through steadfast prayer, compassionate service, and a commitment to personal growth.
In this week-long journey of reflection and action, we are called to deepen our roots in holiness and be resilient to face lifeโs challenges with faith, hope, and love. Thus, the celebration not only honors the legacy of St. John Bosco but also inspires a community united in its resolve to grow resilient in our mission.

Yesterday, January 18, 2026, the screening for the Battle of the Bands competition for YouthFest MMXXVI, dubbed โ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ was held at the Don Bosco Tarlac Campus.
The bands attended a short orientation about the competition and the event proper at the Francis de Sales Auditorium before each of them performed their screening pieces. All of the bands gave their best during the screening, with vocalists giving their all and instrumentalists adding emotion and depth to their songs.
